We're so excited to offer $15 spay and neuter services thanks to the incredible generosity of The Nicolosi Foundation for Animal Welfare, which is sponsoring the remaining cost of every dog and cat's surgery for this event. Pet owners will pay just $15 per pet, making this important service affordable and accessible to our community.

The veterinary services will be provided by the amazing team at Dehart Veterinary Services.

Please only sign up if you are going to bring your animal(s) to the appointment.

  • No Limit on the number of animals per household

  • Location: Hempstead City Park 250 Blasingame Rd. Hempstead, TX 77445

  • MUST register all animals you are bringing SEPARATELY

  • $15 fee per animal (no refunds - if you do not show up to appt)

  • No income requirements

  • Must be Waller County Resident

  • Participating pets will receive: spay/neuter surgery, Rabies Vaccine and DAPP/FVRCP (Distemper/Parvo for dogs and Distemper for cats)

  • Drop off July 16th in the morning and pick up in the afternoon @ Hempstead City Park 250 Blasingame Rd. Hempstead, TX 77445

  3. Choose your pet's type and weight.

  4. Scroll down and select July 16 - Waller County.

  5. Enter your pet's information and your contact information.

  6. Complete the registration by entering your credit card information for the $15 fee.
