Heather is a darling black 2 year old Pug who was rescued from a high kill shelter in Houston. When we took her to the vet she tested positive for heartworms. She will need to be treated first for heartworms before she can be adopted. Heartworms can be expensive to treat.

Meet Rocky, he is a long term resident at ARK. He was adopted out 2 times and returned due to nipping issues. We found out once he was returned the 2nd time that he had some vision issues which we think are causing him being scared and nipping. Carlos decided once he was returned the 2nd time he would be a long-timer at ARK. He lives in the house with Carlos. He is about 7 years old and 25 lbs.
